    Not a Standard Size

Posted by Unknown on Feb 1st 2018

When I order the lights the salesperson told me it was a 3/8 inch connector. The big box stores sell tons of 3/8 inch connectors so I did not include them in my order. Then, when I receive the lights I realize that while the overall outside size might be 3/8 of an inch, the hole diameter is much smaller. The big box stores do not sell a Fitting that will fit the size of the hole. You have to order it to the company apparently. I scheduled my installation for a Saturday and showed up at the big box store to buy my connectors when I realize this. Customer service line is not open on Saturdays. So I am stuck until at least Monday before I can even order. This delayed my installation over a week. very frustrating.
