Here are the details of our free exchanges and returns policy:

• Return shipping is FREE. simply fill out a RGA# form (FOUND HERE)
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Used, damaged, or modified items will not be accepted for return.
  • You will be provided with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
• Custom order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• You can return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund on the "products and taxes" for your order (minus any applicable fees such as shipping [orders under $100] or expedited shipping fees).
  • Return Shipping: We'll take care of fees for getting the package back to us, but shipping fees aren't refunded on the original order.
  • Therefore we highly encourage you to speak or chat with a live representative if you need expedited shipping and you are not 100% certain about your lighting needs and purchase.
  • Please note that free return shipping and exchanges do not apply to light bulbs due to frequent errors in ordering the correct pin spacing, size, voltage, or color temperature, particularly with JC bi-pin bulbs. We encourage careful selection to ensure compatibility with your fixtures.
