Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery: AQLighting Group

We’re committed to delivering your lighting quickly and securely. Below is what to expect when you place an order with AQLighting Group.

Processing & Transit Times

  • We aim to ship most orders within 1–10 business days from payment confirmation. Some items (made-to-order, custom, or large fixtures) may require additional processing; you’ll be notified if this applies.
  • QuickShip: Select in-stock items marked QuickShip will ship same-day when ordered before 2:00 PM PST. Check the product page for QuickShip eligibility.
  • Note: Our shipping department is closed on Saturdays & Sundays; orders placed late Wednesday/Thursday may not enter processing until the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options for U.S. orders. International shipping is available to most countries, though some products are restricted from international shipment - see your product page for details.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address, the shipment weight (weights are rounded up to the next full pound), and the shipping speed chosen. If an item’s shipping estimate needs adjustment, we’ll contact you before finalizing the order.
  • Free shipping promotions (e.g., free shipping over $100) may apply, check site banners and cart for current thresholds.

Tracking & Notifications

  • After your order ships you’ll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information. Tracking typically becomes available once the courier scans your package. If you do not receive tracking within 48 hours of shipment, please contact customer service.

Signature & Delivery Terms

  • Orders of $199 or more are shipped with Signature Required by default (unless you request an exemption). If you opt out, we are not responsible for packages left at the delivery address without a signature.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Inspect your shipment on arrival. If the packaging or product shows visible damage, photograph it and contact us immediately so we can assist. For lost-in-transit claims, we’ll work with the carrier once a loss is confirmed.

Rush Orders & Special Services

  • Need delivery by a specific date? Call us at (800) 865-7221 to confirm product availability and place rush shipping requests. Rush orders must generally be placed by 3:00 PM PST on Thursday for weekend/holiday delivery, otherwise processing may not begin until the next business day.
