Warranty Claims

AQLighting Group stands behind the quality of our lighting products. If something goes wrong under normal usage, here’s what our warranty covers and how to use it.

1. What We Cover

  • Brass and copper materials are guaranteed against rust or material corrosion for the life of the unit.
  • Finishes- color, powder coating on fixtures made of brass, aluminum or similar materials are covered for one year from purchase.

2. Defects & What’s Considered Normal Wear

  • Warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials under normal residential/commercial use.
  • NOT covered: damage from misuse, exposure beyond product specifications, rough handling, improper installation, or exposure to harsh conditions (extreme weather, water beyond rating, etc.).

3. Warranty Periods & Claims Submission

  • Finishes and coatings: 1 year.
  • Lifetime corrosion resistance (brass/copper) as long as finish quote and product type.
  • To file a claim, use the online Claims form. Include order/invoice number, product info, date of purchase, photo(s) of defect, detailed description.

4. Replacement, Repair, or Credit

  • If a product is found defective under warranty, we will either repair or replace the defective components or fixtures. Full unit replacement only when necessary.
  • In some cases, only the faulty part may be replaced (e.g. a socket) rather than the full unit.

5. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities under Warranty

  • For warranty claims, AQLighting covers shipping back of the replacement part or repaired item if defect is confirmed and claim is within warranty terms. However, some shipping costs might be the customer’s responsibility depending on the specific product type.
  • Customer must provide proof of purchase and may need to provide shipping receipt for reimbursement.
