LED bulbs are far more efficient than halogen or incandescent bulbs are, with only 2w need for the LED bulb to produce the same amount of light a traditional bulbs takes 25w to produce. LED bulbs also last for years longer than halogen bulbs, making the switch to LED a no-brainer.
